Week 1-3
Building a Strong Foundation
Start your journey with us by focusing on higher rep ranges of 8-12 reps per set. This phase is all about establishing a solid foundation of strength, improving muscle endurance, and refining your technique. Alongside strength training, we'll incorporate mobility drills and stretches to ensure your body stays flexible and resilient.
Week 4-6
Power and Precision
As you progress, we’ll shift to lower rep ranges of 4-6 reps per set, focusing on increasing your strength and power. This phase is designed to help you lift heavier weights with confidence and control. We’ll continue to work on mobility and core strengthening exercises, ensuring your body remains balanced and well-conditioned.

These at-home sessions are designed to complement the studio workouts, ensuring you stay on track, even if you're unable to attend in person. They require minimal equipment but still deliver an effective and challenging workout.
