About the event

In this trigger point pilates (TPP) workshop, you will learn various movements and postures to gradually release tension and tightness from your entire body. Using foam rollers, prickle balls, pilates techniques and stretches, expect to practice a sequence that will gently unwind and unknot for a full body reset.

Trigger Point Pilates combines traditional Pilates core movements and self myofascial release principles. These techniques are great for those of you who are seeking relief of chronic pain, awareness of muscular tightness (hyperactive muscles) around your body or interested in learning how to improve your posture. 

By using trigger point prickle balls, foam rollers, bender Pilates balls and bands to assist our tension release alongside breathwork, it provides the perfect combination for working out those knots and leaving you feeling more flexible and limber.

If you are new to the practice, this is the perfect place to start. We'll run through all the key movements performed in our usual trigger point release classes, and if you're a regular this workshop will be perfect for you to indulge in a full body reset.
