Workshop format

This interactive workshop will be held quarterly, lasting 3 hours.

 

 

 

Open to all levels

No prior experience necessary! Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring a safe and effective learning experience regardless of your current fitness level.

This workshop is designed for those who are new to weight lifting, starting from the very beginning with in-depth instructions to bodyweight movements, we then progress to using equipment. This is also a great course to refresh your memory if you have not strength trained for some time and want to boost your confidence using weights again. 

 

INCLUDED in the workshop price is 4x Class Pass to use on any strength training classes held at The Studio (Studio: Strong, Studio: Conditioning, Studio: Circuits). Valid for 30 days after completing our foundations workshop!
