This workshop is designed for those who have never practiced yoga before, starting from the very beginning with in-depth instructions and guidance. But this is also a great course to refresh your memory if you have not practiced yoga for some time and want to boost your confidence on the mat again. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you are never too experienced to go back to the basics.
