Our Foundations of Strength Training workshop is an ideal entry point for those new to lifting or anyone looking to refine their technique. This comprehensive workshop will cover the essential ‘big lifts’ you’ll find in any strength training program, including squats, deadlifts, bench press, and hip thrusts.


Here’s what you can expect:


  • Personalised Instruction: Receive expert guidance tailored to your individual needs and goals.

  • Hands-On Practice: Get plenty of practical experience with form checks and technique adjustments.

  • Comprehensive Learning: Beyond lifting techniques, you’ll learn about warm-up routines, injury prevention, and the health benefits of strength training.


Special Offer: Included in the workshop price is a 4x Class Pass, valid for 30 days after completing the workshop. This pass gives you access to any Studio: Strong or Studio: Conditioning class, allowing you to continue your fitness journey with us.
